Our square tanks are formed using precision hydraulic stamping dies that produce unit rectangular concave-convex tank panels with exceptional forming accuracy. The stainless steel material surface remains smooth and flawless after stamping, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and hygienic performance.

Optional Insulation — Polyurethane Foam

Our polyurethane integral foaming insulation is a high-performance polymer produced by mixing isocyanate and polyether as main raw materials, combined with blowing agents, catalysts, flame retardants, and other additives. The mixture is processed through specialized equipment and applied via high-pressure spray for on-site foaming.
